Game Modes
Match Titans game modes add special rules, modifiers, and variations to each battle. Some game modes appear as Daily selections, some in Seasons, and some are part of Stages.
How game modes unlock
1) Trainee
Learn the basics through guided tutorial battles.
2) Explorer → Stages
After tutorials, you play Stages. You don’t pick the mode here —
it changes automatically as you progress.
3) Champion → Daily Modes
Daily mode selection unlocks. Each day you can choose from a small set of available
Daily modes, or play a Random Stage.
4) Titan → Seasons
Seasons unlock. Each day you can choose a rotating set of Season modes,
or play a Random Stage. Seasonal trophies decide rewards.
All game modes
Bonus points for matches that include the center! The score grows with each move, resetting once the center is part of a match.
Extra move tiles are scattered across the board — match them to earn more moves!
Frozen pieces drop onto the board — match them to unfreeze!
A purple piece turns into a plum — destroy it to earn points, and the next plum will be worth even more!
Orange pieces transform into tigers — destroy a tiger and watch it take down other random pieces!
Get acorns to the bottom to charge your energy!
Donuts are on the board — match them with both your pieces and the opponent's!
Double score tiles are on the board — match them to double your points!
Special tiles explode their neighbors when matched — clear them for a bigger blast!
A hot color boosts points — match it to switch to a new hot color!
Rocket pieces launch when matched, blasting all pieces in their path!
Bunnies appear — match them to increase your score multiplier!
Two purple pieces turn into plums — destroy them to earn points, and the next plum will be worth even more!
Each column has its own multiplier — match wisely to maximize your score!
The multiplier grows with each move, but resets at the end of the turn!
Vertical matches boost your multiplier, horizontal matches drain it!
Match magenta pieces to increase your multiplier!
Match flowers to destroy all pieces of the same color!
Matches cause all pieces of the same color to explode (except blue and red).
Bombs fall on the board, and each color has its own score!
Matches explode, clearing all pieces beneath them!
Special pieces explode instantly after being created!

Perks recharge at the beginning of each round!
